We are rebranding Digg.com.my to Layann.com due to (u know why..) We are re-opening the site with a new brand name: LAYANN.COM You will be forwarded to the site. The change isnt 100% complete change yet as there might be some miss replace in branding while our domain needs to be resolve and database needs to be transfered. In the meanwhile you can still enjoy the site with the new re-brand graphics as normal. Thanks.

07-01-2007 :// Security Update & SPAM Filtering
Sorry for the long no updates. Happy new year and a merry chirstmas to you all. Right now security features has been implemented in order to avoid spam and useless posts. Captcha feature has been implemented to avoid bots from posting crap. Site design has been update a little making it compatible with Firefox 2 as well as IE7. Enjoy..

25-08-2006 :// Update features on profile page (no picture upload yet)
Just finished updating the profile page. Now you can enter your profile and save it. You can also now view submited stories and dugg stories from each users profile for tracking purposes. Picture upload will be available soon. Not yet as for now. Digg on !

24-08-2006 :// Bug fix: Comments seems to be gone
So stupid of me of doing live update on the site whilst its running, ive recently noticed that all dugged stories comments seems to be missing after the story is being promotede in the frontpage. And due to my mistake, a simple database syntax has wiped out all the comments on the site. Duhhh !! Luckily enough i have a backup of the so-not-to-recent backup and restored it. Sorry guys

23-08-2006 :// Digg goes AJAX !
After a long agonizing day of coding the ridicoulously sensitive javascript & xml we've finally manage to make digg it button goes AJAX ! The digg it button now is no longer liking direct to a URL it is now dynamically update without refreshing the page. We will add some fading action soon like the original one but that would take us more javascript shit coding to do so it might take a while (^^)v

23-08-2006 :// Undugg stories would remain Grey whilst Dugg will become Blue
I've just noticed that sometimes i myself dont know weather im in Digging Mode or in Dugg Mode of the page because the news object seems to be having the same color. So we've decided that all undugg stories will have grey title color and dugg stories will have the original blue title color. This way its easier to differenciate.

21-08-2006 :// Buttons added for direct linking on your original articles for digging.
We've designed 2 buttons for direct digg link from your original article to let people digg and comments on what they tought of the article you wrote. These are the only 2 quick ones we've come out with if you have a better design kindly just email us at digg@digg.com.my

We've just added the search function on the top right corner of the header. The search will function as searching on which mode you are on. i.e if you are in digging mode the search query will search articles in news pool. If you want to search dugg stories on the site you will have to go to dugg mode (Digg Home) and use the search from there. We will implement drop down search category soon in the future ... Gambatte !

19-08-2006 :// BETA Profile page release & Top Users
Profile section for each users has been created. However non fields are available for updates yet as we're still working on a formula to rank users based on their participancy on the site. Soon we are able to add friends in the profile section and personal settings criteria for each users. We're working on it ... ^_^

Tengok.com is a simple text based poster that allows you to post anything you'd like to say, or tought of, or whatever interesting FW emails you get from your friends for digging. The idea is that its a simple way to just post something online and link it to Digg.com.my for digging and rating. We find that most FW emails have interesting news and articles, but it is a hassle for someone to create a HTML page and upload it for the purpose of just to post it online.
